IMPORTANT GUIDELINES

Conference Registration is mandatory for all the delegates including children above the age of 5 years. Children below 5 years, registration is free.
Photo ID is mandatory for all Delegates for Security Reasons to enter the Conference Area.
Please ensure to wear a registration badge (Bar/QR Coded) in the conference area.
Registration is non-transferable.
Delegate must bring a receipt at the time of registration.
PG Students will have to submit a no-objection letter from HOD - Head of the Department/Institute.
For on spot registrations: Payment will be accepted only by mode of cash/card. The disbursal of the delegate kit for the same will be subject to the availability.
Delegate kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate.
3% additional charges will be applicable for online registration.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Only one registration per UTR/Demand Draft would be accepted, if there are multiple registrations against one transfer, it will be considered as Trade.
Registration and the fees will apply accordingly.
Organisers reserve the right to reject a registration if found in violation of registration rules or to reassign them to a category which they may deem fit.
Registration DD/Cheque should reach to the “IAACON2025” Secretariat office within 10 days of the DD/Cheque issuing date via speed post or registered post/Courier.
Registration slab applicable shall be the prevailing slab on the date of credit of the amount in the Conference account. It is requested to send forms and payment promptly well ahead of the slab transition period.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

50% refund, if cancelled before 31^st August 2025.
25% refund, if cancelled by 30^th September 2025.
No refund, if cancelled after 30^th September 2025.
Payment shall be refunded after 1 month of the conference, refund of payment will not be processed online.
